- Strong managerial skills with experience leading and inspiring culinary teams.
- Ability to maintain and uphold the highest standards of culinary execution and quality on a consistent basis.
- Proven collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement in culinary processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dynamic culinary team, providing guidance and mentorship to chefs and staff members.
- Contribute to the strategic planning process, offering insights and expertise to enhance culinary operations and overall organizational success.
- Oversee the execution of culinary activities, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Evaluate and improve culinary processes, implementing best practices to optimize performance and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Provide broad administrative direction, shaping the vision for culinary activities and playing a key role in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of operations.
