Reporting to the Head of Market Access Strategy and Transformation, the Market Access In Field Team (IFT) AD will take responsibility for developing Market Access IFT strategy to support affiliate teams, coordinating with cross functions the core deliverables to enhance our in field team support and ultimately payer engagement. Abbvie's Access In Field Team sees a variety of access stakeholders to communicate topics relating to our disease areas and the position / value of brands. Enhancing our IFTs has been identified by affiliates as a core strategy, and this role has been created to lead our global efforts. This is a new role in the team and represents an opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact. The IFT AD will have close collaboration with Area and affiliates, as well as partner functions including commercial excellence, and BTS.
