The Associate Director of Medical Communications will be responsible for driving the medical communications and publications strategy and activities for assigned asset(s) and therapeutic areas. The individual will play an integral role in leading strategy development, planning, and execution of high-quality scientific publications. This role will collaborate with other functions and departments, including Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Corporate Communications, Translational & Quantitative Sciences and external collaborators to implement the medical communications strategy. Functioning as a member of the Global Medical Affairs department, this individual will report to the Director of Medical Communications and Publications. Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.
