This position plays a key leadership role in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for the organization. This position ensures accurate financial management, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, grant requirements, and regulatory obligations. The role combines hands-on accounting support and financial analysis by collaborating with organizational departments to support budget management and financial analysis to ensure the organization meets its mission effectively. The position will manage the following groups: Accounts Receivable (Grant & Housing Receivable) and Grant Compliance. Note: This is a hybrid position, with a certain percentage of time spent working remotely and a certain percentage of time spent working out of a YWCA office.
