About The Position

DMC Primary Care is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee standardized clinical and non-clinical operations across multiple clinic sites. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving patient experience, and fostering a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and retention. The Associate Director of Clinical Operations partners closely with providers, senior leadership, and the Clinical Director to implement workflows, lead quality initiatives, and support staff development. This full-time position is located in Bedford; however, frequent onsite presence is required across other clinic locations. DMC has offices in Bedford, Concord, Derry, Dover, Goffstown, Londonderry, Raymond, and Windham, New Hampshire. For more information, please visit www.DMCPrimaryCare.com . Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
5+ years clinical experience in Primary Care Office Management and leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Nice To Haves

Multi-site management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise Office Managers and provide indirect oversight of clinical and clerical teams.
Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and manager development.
Partner with HR to address engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
Oversee staffing models, clinic workflows, and operational efficiency.
Support quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Manage patient experience and service recovery processes.
Participate in leadership and strategic planning initiatives.
