This role is a strategic and operational cornerstone for the talent acquisition function, ensuring that recruiting and hiring processes run efficiently, consistently, and with precision. You will design, implement, and optimize workflows, systems, and dashboards that manage complex multi-stakeholder hiring processes. Working closely with leadership, you will embed AI-enabled efficiencies, track metrics, and provide actionable insights that directly influence staffing decisions and organizational growth. Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in HR operations, talent operations, workforce planning, or program operations managing complex systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, staffing allocation, or talent operations within large organizations, preferably in K-12 education or nonprofit sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage operational cycles such as onboarding, performance management, or organizational reviews.
  • Experience with operational dashboards, tracking systems, and workforce management tools to support leadership decision-making.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting operational insights clearly to leadership.
  • Comfortable with moderate national travel for retreats, programming, or professional development.
  • Remote work eligible within the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end talent acquisition operations, including recruiting intake, pre-hire compliance, contractor networks, and complex hiring timelines.
  • Design, implement, and maintain workflows and operational systems that ensure consistent, accurate, and scalable hiring processes.
  • Lead initiatives to embed AI and technology solutions to streamline recruitment processes, enhance reporting, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking systems to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to leadership and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication, reliable execution, and effective coordination across teams.
  • Identify recurring process challenges, propose improvements, and continuously optimize operational efficiency across all talent acquisition activities.
