Field Strategy and Analytics Partner with Brand and Sales leadership to drive vision and strategy, enabling execution of analytics such as customer segmentation and statistical analyses to improve field effectiveness. Deliver all field effectiveness-related analytics, including customer valuation, segmentation, targeting and alignment, and statistical analyses. Identify opportunities for in-depth analytics based on ongoing trend assessments Drive execution of sales force deployment models and territory alignments Implement physician segmentation and promotional response models to support brand and portfolio strategies. Support territory alignment systems and resolve field-based targeting issues. Manage Analytics Delivery and Reporting Drive the development and dissemination of performance reports, ad hoc analytics requests, and self-service reporting tools, ensuring quality, timeliness, and actionable insights for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies Continuously improve operational processes through analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of changes Foster Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Excellence/BI&T, and Commercial Analytics teams to address field force challenges, support fact-based decision-making, and enhance analytics capabilities aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with a broad set of cross-functional counterparts (including Strategy & Operations Leads, Brand Leadership, and Sales Operations) to achieve organizational objectives. Foster a culture of teamwork, customer focus, open communication, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Min 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales force deployment, targeting, and territory alignment. Experience developing segmentation and response models, optimizing sales force deployment, and aligning territory workloads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to executive audiences. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA/IMS, Wolters Kluwer, Verispan). Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and manage complex projects. Working knowledge of the US pharmaceutical marketplace and healthcare environment. Strong experience working with structured and unstructured data Hands-on experience with secondary healthcare data (e.g., EMR, Claims, Sales) Successful track record operating in a complex organizational environment Experience interacting with senior management and fulfilling their insight/analytical information requirements Preferred Competencies Experience in business analytics, ROI analysis, and strategy development for targeting and field alignment. Strong customer focus and commitment to performance excellence.
