About The Position

The Associate Director, Product Management conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Associate Director, Product Management requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s). The Associate Director, Product Management leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy experience
  • Call center experience
  • Experience with omnichannel strategy (voice, chat, SMS, email)
  • Exposure to AI-driven customer experience or predictive dialing optimization
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 6+ years of technical
  • 2+ years of management experience
