About The Position

The AD, Real Estate serves as the strategic and operational driver for the Real Estate lane, overseeing the full portfolio lifecycle, guiding leasing strategy and negotiations, and ensuring high‑quality performance from external Broker and Lease Administration partners. This role is the organization’s subject‑matter expert for leasing interpretation, landlord negotiations, site decisioning support, and adherence to corporate real estate standards. The Sr. Manager leads Real Estate contributions to integrations and expansions, ensures data‑driven portfolio management, and partners closely with Project Management, Finance, Operations, and Legal to ensure all real estate activities are executed with precision, clarity, and consistency. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ The Associate Director, Real Estate serves as the strategic and operational driver for the Real Estate lane, overseeing the full portfolio lifecycle, guiding leasing strategy and negotiations, and ensuring high‑quality performance from external Broker and Lease Administration partners. This role functions as the organization’s subject‑matter expert for lease interpretation, landlord negotiations, site‑selection decision support, and adherence to corporate real estate standards. The Associate Director also leads Real Estate contributions to integrations and expansions, ensuring all RE‑related tasks are executed with accuracy, consistency, and alignment to organizational requirements. This position partners closely with Project Management, Finance, Operations, and Legal to ensure real estate activities are delivered with precision, clarity, and timely execution across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic and operational leader for the Real Estate lane, ensuring consistent execution across the full portfolio lifecycle.
  • Lead leasing strategy, negotiations, and decision support for new sites, renewals, relocations, and landlord interactions.
  • Function as the organization’s subject‑matter expert for lease interpretation, corporate real estate standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee performance and output of external Broker and Lease Administration partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
  • Lead Real Estate integration management for acquisitions, expansions, and organizational changes, ensuring all RE‑related tasks are completed with precision and consistency.
  • Provide portfolio insights and support data‑driven portfolio planning and real estate decision‑making.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Project Management to ensure alignment, clarity, and effective execution of all real estate activities.
  • Support governance, documentation standards, and repeatable processes that strengthen real estate operations and reduce organizational risk.
