As the Regional Marketing Leader (ADRML) for Lung in Florida, you will leverage your clinical knowledge and experience in order to make a meaningful impact on patient care with a global pharmaceutical company. The RML develops and implements Regional Marketing Plans with guidance and direction from the Leader of the RML team that align with the strategic imperatives of the brand strategy plans to influence and shape local brand commercial success. The RML coordinates with Oncology Business Managers and National Oncology Account Directors to inform geography strategic planning by being the connection between the headquarters marketing team and the needs at the geography. The ADRML generates timely and actionable on-label customer insights that inform real-time commercialization approach and strategic insights with appropriate data to inform annual brand planning at the regional level. The role develops tailored initiatives that optimally educate given the unique local market opportunities consistent with the regional business plan and with local ESE advocacy. This role will identify and engage with regional customers and integrate their input to build market leadership and achieve commercial objectives. Ensures ethical business decisions and actions are consistently demonstrated. The RML role works closely with the Leader of the RML team for the development of marketing strategies and is coached to deliver regional marketing plans that align.
