The role will be responsible for leading strategy development to ensure business growth. In addition to serving as the primary liaison between the enterprise and business unit or functional unit, the ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has experience in data analysis, market research, project management, and is skilled in communicating complex ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or related field and 12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or market analysis (aerospace/defense sector preferred); OR an Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or market analysis (aerospace/defense sector preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial and/or military aerospace markets
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint/Teams
  • Experience with statistical analysis software and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Graphics editing and web design experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise-level strategic projects / initiatives are delivered on time
  • Develop business strategy and drive strategic decision making with support from research and analysis, including market trends, competitor analysis, and internal capabilities assessment
  • Support next generation programs through business plan development, technology evaluation, and modeling critical business options
  • Conduct complex analysis of data and develop actionable insights for business opportunities and challenges
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership communicating project updates, findings, and recommendations
  • Generate reports and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and findings for use by the highest levels of the Corporation and Company
  • Assist in the development and implementation of multi-year enterprise strategic plan
  • Create financial models and forecasts to evaluate potential strategic initiatives
  • Track and report on progress towards strategic goals
