We are seeking an Associate Director of Technology Product Management to lead a dynamic team of Technical Product Managers. This role requires current experience in a technical environment of high-volume websites and high-velocity transactions. These are not just internal apps and websites, but external B2C type transactions in the millions per day. We need candidates with both high-volume websites and Customer Journey experience. B2C & e-Commerce experience. This role is pivotal in defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development methodologies, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role, managing product teams.
  • Significant experience in product management, particularly within the digital commerce space.
  • Proven track record of managing digital products from conception to launch.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and digital architecture.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • An advanced degree such as an MBA.
  • PMC-VI or equivalent product certifications.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
