The Customer Segment Strategy team within Integrated Account Management (IAM) Strategic Insights organization is responsible for helping to shape IAM strategy and supporting the access strategy developed by payer marketing. We do this by focusing on key segments (Payer/PBM, Specialty Provider/GPO, and Specialty Pharmacy/Distribution) that are essential for access and success of our current portfolio and pipeline, and by partnering with marketing teams as they develop their access strategies. With the strength of our existing portfolio and breadth of our pipeline this is a very exciting time to join the Customer Segment Strategy team. The Associate Director of US Customer Segment Strategy is responsible for the development of a Customer Segment focused strategy that meet the needs of our customers, address external business trends and supports the business objectives of our company. The person in this role will work collaboratively with brand/payer marketing teams and IAM leaders to ensure that our company's strategic business goals are well integrated with IAM’s mission of supporting broad patient access.
