Title: Associate Director, PPD Patient Marketing

Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing

Principal Accountabilities

The Associate Director, PPD Patient Marketing, will lead the development of US marketing initiatives for Patients & Caregivers, in partnership with Patient Services. Areas of focus may include one or more of the following areas: patient/caregiver & patient services marketing, DTC, advisory boards, patient ambassador programs, disease awareness, and point-of-care services. The position requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently, think strategically, and collaborate transversally to accomplish complex deliverables.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the Brand Lead to create and implement patient-focused creative development, planning, and execution for brexanolone including core promotional materials, product messaging & testing, targeting, marketing and media mix activities, digital & traditional presence

- Actively engage in the development of the PPD strategic brand plan and market research plan, including participation in cross-functional brand strategy team to provide input and support to identify growth opportunities and ways to build competitive advantage

- Lead the development, execution and US implementation of core promotional initiatives and materials for patients & caregivers

- Manage materials, projects and resources through the internal review committee process (PMRC); work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and vendor partners while leading the review of materials through PMRC

- Manage PPD Patient Ambassador Bureau, including speaker management, creation and execution of ongoing training for patient speakers, and development of patient testimonials

- Brand partner with Patient Services in the development and execution of new Hub / case management materials and patient engagement initiatives

- Responsible for the management of multiple Agency Partners including management of associated budgets, forecast and accruals

- Manage vendor contract processing (purchasing requisitions, invoices, and approvals)

- Collaborate with multiple functional groups across the organization, including but not limited to Patient Services, Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Market Research, Commercial Operations, Legal, Patient Advocacy, and Medical Affairs

Qualifications

- BA/BS degree required (preferably in business/marketing or the biological sciences). Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences preferred

- Minimum of 8 years marketing experience with 6+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry

- U.S. Launch experience required

- Women?s health, CNS, and / or acute care preferred

- Deep experience in patient/caregiver marketing, including partnering with Patient Services / Hub / Case Management

- Strong DTC experience, inclusive of multi-/mass media channels

- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing strategies and regulatory/compliance environment

- Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives

- Experience working with external brand agencies and vendors on a day-to-day basis

- Experience with patient ambassador management

- Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners

- An outstanding track record of strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities

- Note this position requires travel (30 ? 40%)
