The Associate Finance Director is responsible for grants administration, financial reporting, 401(k) plan administration, benefits analysis, reconciliations of general ledger accounts, financial tracking and analysis, and other financial tasks to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and financial reports in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The Associate Finance Director supervises the Staff Accountant, Billing Manager, and Financial Analyst; participates on the Payroll Team, and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
