We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Regulatory Reporting to join our Fund Reporting team. This role is located in Boston, MA In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or the equivalent of education and experience is required
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred; experience in accounting or fund administration preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

• Experience in handling Form N-PORT, preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate drafts of regulatory filings for submission to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on client's behalf
• Prepare uploads, GAAP adjustments or reconciliations to create initial draft of regulatory filing
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Support initiatives to transform existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
