In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Premium Monitoring product portfolio. You’ll collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales and operation teams as well as commercial regions to support product development, release, and launch activities. You will also manage install base product performance and customer and region feedback. Utilize your project management and execution skills to drive both software and hardware initiatives across the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement: support the planning and execution of regular team meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and provide clear, timely updates on project status.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: assist in managing the release cadence of supporting solutions, such as mounting systems, ensuring compliance and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory to support installed base management and maintenance initiatives and projects.
  • Support cross-functional change programs to drive definition of best practices and standard work.
  • Support the CARESCAPE Premium Monitoring sales team through product presentations, customer visits, and sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Marketing or related business field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or product development
  • Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link operational requirements to project deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work in a global and cross functional team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated fluency in English.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of global teams, schedules, and customers
  • Ability to travel both local and global 5-10% of the time
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders and in working in a matrixed environment, preferably in a medical or healthcare industry
  • 3+ years of experience working with internal and external customers and colleagues, including both verbal and written customer-facing communication
  • 2+ years of work experience with product development teams and install base management
  • Clear thinker with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Demonstrates passion and eagerness to learn about the clinical aspects of monitoring solution products and the patient outcomes we help drive.
  • Ability to independently lead and influence others, demonstrates self-motivation, enjoys navigating complex situations.
