About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for an Associate Golf Professional who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Requirements

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
Weekend and Holiday availability required.
Registered in the PGA Apprentice Program in good standing.
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Support the daily operations and supervision of the golf staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train, motivate, and oversee team members to meet performance standards and hold them accountable.
Assist with retail operations including merchandising, receiving, inventory management, and stock rotation.
Provide direct support to the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Golf Professional in all assigned duties.
Monitor and control tee time scheduling, guest registration, fee collection, and course usage in accordance with club policies and regulations.
Assist in organizing and executing golf tournaments, group outings, and familiarization (FAM) events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all retail spaces and the bag storage area.
Assist in golf cart operations, including cleaning, maintenance, storage, and distribution.
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Respond appropriately and effectively during hotel emergencies or safety incidents.
