The Associate Implementation Manager will be responsible for the implementation of groups that are generally under 500 lives for Life, AD&D, Disability, Absence Management and Supplemental Health Benefits. They will be responsible for the installation of assigned sold cases, from point of sale through delivery of final bill and contract. They will lead preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. This role requires a results-oriented professional who is comfortable driving deliverables to completion amidst competing priorities and demands. You must be able to confidently create and implement effective communication and change-management strategies for projects, and drive adherence to timeframes and deadlines.
