Support the integrations that connect and keep our systems working together. Hastings Insurance is seeking an Associate Integration Developer to join our Data and Architectural Services team. This early-career role supports the development and maintenance of integrations between internal and external systems that support our Property and Casualty insurance operations. Working alongside experienced developers and architects, this position provides hands-on exposure to integration technologies, application development, and enterprise systems. The Associate Integration Developer will assist with production support, development tasks, and system enhancements while building the technical foundation needed to grow within our development team. Location & Schedule This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role offers flexibility and may be performed onsite in Hastings, in a hybrid format, or fully remote. For remote arrangements, we strongly prefer candidates who reside in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin, though additional states may be considered based on business needs.
