The Associate IT Help Desk Technician will administer all aspects of GILLIG’s end user profile, email, workstation, phone and installed applications. They will assist with Technical Support and Senior System Administration staff problems/issues that have been raised to second-tier support. Under direct supervision, they serve as first point of contact for technical issues and questions as well as users needing technical support. This role will be located in our Livermore CA office
