About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support professional to provide accurate and timely solutions for end-user computer and networking issues. This role involves performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and restorative actions both remotely and on-site to resolve hardware, software, and configuration problems. The ideal candidate can effectively diagnose issues when standard procedures are unsuccessful and demonstrates strong problem-solving and technical skills. This position requires participation in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation, with each team member supporting one week at a time to ensure continuous system availability and user support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study - OR - Associates degree in Computer Science or related field of study - OR - High School diploma plus 2 years of IT support functions or IT technical related experience.
Required to be on-call and to respond immediately to trouble calls outside of general work hours.
Work occasionally may require in excess of eight hours per day.
Rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
Workload pressure will regularly subject incumbent to moderate to high job-related stress.
