This role serves as the technical escalation authority for LMS-related issues and is responsible for production-impacting configuration and theme deployments. The Associate LMS Technical Administrator operates under the direction of the Manager, Learning Systems & Integrations and maintains accountability for system integrity, integration stability, and platform performance.
