Position Summary: The Associate Loaner Processing Technician is responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines. Initiates, maintains, and compiles records associated with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment by performing the following duties. Essential Functions: Responsible for Loaner Set: Audit, Inspection (for instruments & implants) and Put-away Create, View, Confirm, Short Confirm & Print Transfer Orders Responsible for quality requirements; loaner processing, visual & cosmetic standards for Manufacturing Verifies serial label attached to incoming loaner sets and documents for discrepancies with proposed corrective action Maintains records such as material inventory, in process production reports, and status of material locations Packages sets after inspection ensuring that documentation is accurate, and sets are protected and adequately strapped for shipment Performs bin to bin transfers using handheld Scanner guns Responsible for processing loose parts & sterile loose part sets Responsible for processing extra retrievals sets Responsible for processing black sets for sterile parts & MAGECX Performs other duties as assigned Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
