About The Position

As an Associate Manager on the Ads Platform S&O team, you’ll work cross-functionally to develop processes and tools that allow for our business to scale during a period of hypergrowth. Specifically, your work will improve how we bring Ads & Promos campaigns to life across Sales, Insights, and Ad Operations along with Product, Strategy & Operations, Accounting, Finance and more. Specific areas of focus will include: Leveraging Gen AI to revolutionize how we sell, build, and optimize campaigns as this will be instrumental in driving scalability and shaping the future of our Ads Platform Implementing, managing, and scaling sales & operations via offshore resources, automation tools, and streamlined end-to-end processes Partnering with sales and merchants to identify product-market fit for key resources and streamline go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption Scoping and building the tooling and efficiency roadmap leveraging both internal and external resourcing You’ll report to the Sr. Manager, Ads Platform Strategy & Operations.

Requirements

  • You have 4-6+ years of experience in strategy & operations / product management / product marketing / business operations / management consulting or related experience (preferably in the advertising or ad tech industry)
  • You are a problem solver with expertise in process design & optimization and love improving inefficiencies
  • You have a strong interest or experience in leveraging AI and other emerging technology to solve business problems
  • You get excited by working with systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, and internal tools
  • You thrive while wearing multiple hats and working across a variety of projects. teams, and workstreams
  • You are an analytical thinker who can distill complex data (Excel/Google Sheets/SQL) into actionable recommendations
  • You have your Bachelor’s degree

  • Build: You are eager to implement efficiency and automation, understand and work with systems, and explore the best ways to leverage Gen AI that will unlock our ability to scale.
  • Analyze: Use data-driven decision-making to run and scale experiments on everything from developing new engagement models for Sales to new self-serve tools for Merchants to drive Ads growth
  • Operate: You want to roll up your sleeves and get to the lowest level of detail to find the best solution in practice, not just in theory.
  • Collaborate: You value cross-functional partnerships, and will thrive at working across Sales, Operations, Insights, Product, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, Support, and more to deliver results.
  • Strategize: You’ll develop the strategy and roadmap to best serve our advertiser and internal partners through a period of rapid growth.
