About the position

As an Associate Manager on our Global Integrated Marketing team, you’ll be at the heart of how we bring our brand to life across the world. You’ll help drive the go-to-market process that connects our products, campaigns, and experiences to consumers in meaningful, memorable ways. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building 360° marketing campaigns that span every touchpoint of the consumer journey. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Product Marketing, Creative, Social, Ecommerce, Retail, Media, and more—ensuring every campaign is strategically aligned and flawlessly executed.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and briefing of global content for seasonal and product campaigns across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and a seamless consumer experience.
  • Lead the end-to-end shot list process, ensuring creative assets are aligned with campaign goals.
  • Own and manage updates to the global marketing calendar across seasons, channels, and regions.
  • Partner with our Marketing Analyst to track multi-channel campaign performance and apply insights to future strategies.

Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of experience in integrated or global marketing, ideally within a global fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brand.
  • A college degree and a passion for storytelling through marketing.
  • A unique blend of analytical thinking and creative intuition.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • A self-starter attitude with the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
