About the position

The Associate Marketing Manager will actively contribute to the execution of marketing strategies for therapeutic apheresis treatments, combining program management with market analysis to drive business growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Clinical Apheresis Marketing, this role will manage marketing initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and leverage market data to help drive awareness, education, and access to therapeutic apheresis treatments across hospital and specialty markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage select marketing programs and educational initiatives with guidance from senior team members
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, track budgets, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
  • Plan and execute components of educational events and campaigns for healthcare professionals
  • Navigate internal processes such as materials review and coordination across stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collect, organize, and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for assigned marketing campaigns
  • Develop basic market analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Create dashboards and reports to track program performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with market access and analytics teams to integrate market insights into marketing plans
  • Support customer segmentation efforts with data-driven approaches
  • Translate market data into actionable recommendations for marketing claims tactics
  • Develop marketing materials and educational content for healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional associations and organizations
  • Organize and execute components of educational events and programs
  • Manage regular communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Develop and maintain program tracking and reporting systems
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives for therapeutic apheresis programs
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials and market insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data interpretation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
