About The Position

As part of the Group, Good Chop is passionate about delivering high-quality, locally-sourced meats and seafood directly to our customers' doors. We're looking for an Associate Manager, Paid Social to report to the Senior Growth Manager and assist in identifying and scaling cost-effective customer acquisition campaigns across major paid social channels. You will help develop and execute the campaigns, perform campaign trafficking, and use analytics to inform decisions and drive execution to optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals.Success in this role hinges on your ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, apply critical thinking, and adapt swiftly to the dynamic subscription landscape. You will be immersed in a fast-paced and high-performing environment from day one.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field with a strong academic record
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with some experience in the subscription space
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns from concept to execution
  • Hands-on experience in Meta is required
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
  • A track record of successfully operating and optimizing channels at scale
  • Superior time management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Basic proficiency in SQL. Experience with Tableau or Adobe suite is an advantage
  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or any other photo editing software is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other paid social platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social strategy and execution, with day-to-day responsibilities including asset creation, campaign optimization, bid management, budget allocation, performance monitoring, A/B testing across all dimensions (creatives, landing pages, etc).
  • Design, create, and manage a high volume of ad creatives (statics/videos) to fuel our paid social channels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, driving improvements in micro & macro KPIs, optimizing towards ROI and growth targets.Own campaign performance reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights, highlighting key trends, and identifying strategic opportunities.
  • Regularly conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform creative and campaign strategy.
  • Manage external vendors and partners, including creative agencies for asset creation, and develop clear briefs for new campaigns (messaging, formats, visual approach) to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates and algorithm changes to inform campaign optimization
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Product, Operations, CRM, etc.(targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
