This is a high-impact, introductory role designed for an analytical problem-solver who wants to own the efficiency of world-class aerospace production. In this role, you aren't just a face in the crowd—you are a process architect. You will be charged with studying product output, researching new manufacturing methods, and implementing Lean/5S strategies that directly improve how we build and customize heavy aircraft. Your Working Environment: On the eastern border of Mississippi you’ll find Columbus, home to our Helicopter manufacturing and assembly lines and Center of Excellence for the entire North America region. It’s here that we produce the UH-72A Lakota Helicopters for the U.S. Army in addition to the H-125 aircraft for civil and commercial customers.
