BSN SPORTS is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Associate Campaign Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Sideline, our direct-to-consumer spirit wear division and assist on relevant My Team Shop marketing campaigns. Sideline delivers apparel and fan gear for students, parents, and supporters, and this role plays a key part in bringing product stories, seasonal initiatives, and brand moments to life across digital channels. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Copy, Merchandising, Channel Owners, and Analytics—to develop clear creative briefs, manage campaign workflows, and support the execution of omnichannel, conversion-driven campaigns. With an ownership mindset, you’ll help build and evolve a comprehensive content playbook that supports both brand and performance goals. Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication, creative judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
