The Associate, Mechanical Design Engineering, is primarily responsible for designing and developing mechanical components or systems including: Applying mechanical engineering principles to develop components and systems that involve movement (e.g., engines, vehicles, robots, prosthetic devices, energy conversion systems, machinery, etc.) -Supporting and participating in the design, test, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype mechanical components, systems, and assemblies -Collaborating with marketing and industrial design teams to develop components and systems that meet technical/functional specifications as well as manufacturing cost/efficiency requirements. This role is onsite in our Fort Worth, Texas location and a typical day will include: Assist in component modeling, documentation, and testing under the guidance of senior engineers Contribute to design reviews and update engineering drawings Perform basic calculations to support product development Build foundational skills in engineering, software tools, and manufacturing processes Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation Ensure rigorous quality control, complete all required training, and meet individual job requirements Commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Requirements
