See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: We’re looking for an Associate Media Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Operations to assist with leading enterprise operations and organizational excellence across the Performance Marketing COE within the paid media function. In addition, this person will lead paid media campaign development and execution across select corporate brand initiatives, such as employer branding and growth of Brunswick’s community platform, Ripl. This individual will be a subject matter expert on media planning and buying best practices across a diversified channel mix, and will be responsible for hands-on campaign planning, activation and reporting for supported brands. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple clients, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end process for standing up and measuring paid media campaigns. We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset with deep functional knowledge in planning and buying across core digital media channels, specifically paid search, paid social, online video and programmatic display. Essential Functions: Enterprise Operations: · Assist in the execution and refinement of established annual and ad hoc campaign planning processes to deliver consistent and thorough strategic rigor is applied across enterprise paid media programs · Lead documentation and budget management of media plans across the organization, working in close partnership with divisional teams to help collate advertising information for distribution to senior marketing leadership · Assist in measurement design and data visualization standardization to help Performance Marketing deliver consistent paid media reporting across the organization · Assist in the development, management and education of standardized processes for digital advertising reporting and attribution, including universal naming conventions and UTM taxonomy · Lead central billing operations for all Performance Marketing managed media programs, including working media, agency, and advertising technology fess Campaign Planning & Execution: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand & digital marketing, analytics and creative to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives. · Deliver operational excellence, ensuring our paid media programs are meeting best practice standards with flawless media execution and management. · Handles campaign setup and execution for assigned channel(s), including campaign building, budget pacing, creative trafficking and A/B test implementation. · Own media optimization and reporting using data-driven insights to demonstrate campaign delivery against defined KPIs. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in advertising, media planning and/or media buying; Agency experience preferred
  • Experience in planning and executing campaigns across paid search, social and/or programmatic media required
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Detailed oriented, organized and ability to multi-task.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
