About The Position

Supports the Medical Staff Office Department to meet the administrative needs of the Medical Staff Services Office by providing a variety of administrative services. Responsibilities include, providing specialized assistance, coordination and support of all GME onboarding through the medical staff office. Participation with development and growth of overall GME program in compliance with all rules of the organization, accreditation regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. Role provides support to Coordinators, Supervisor and Manager of Medical Staff Services as the onsite, in person representative of the Medical Staff Office. Requirements

  • 2 years Progressive Administrative or Office Management Experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent educ/experience
  • 1 year Coordination of education activities and/or credentialing experience.
  • 1 year Experience in a Medical setting with Medical Terminology.
