We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world. Overview: The Associate Packaging Team Utility Artist is a production-focused role supporting the Packaging team through design execution, print file preparation, and template development. This position requires a strong foundation in design principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Applied Arts degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment
• High attention to detail, particularly with print and packaging assets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout skills, and/or packaging-related work

Nice To Haves

• Experience with process optimization or automation concepts
• Experience with 3D tools for mockups or visualization
• Understanding of print production or packaging workflows

Responsibilities

• Create digital packaging mockups for internal review and approval
• Develop, update, and refine packaging templates to support consistency and workflow efficiency
• Execute simple packaging designs using established brand, structural, and layout guidelines
• Prepare and optimize print-ready packaging files in accordance with production and vendor specifications
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all packaging deliverables
• Organize and manage files, versions, and documentation across multiple active projects
• Communicate effectively with internal partners to support on-time and accurate delivery
