Position Summary: As an Associate Post Processing Technician, you will operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. You will be responsible for finishing/assembly operations to ensure quality products are produced. Work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Check and inspect operation results against predetermined tolerances. Assist in driving best practices and creates open communication across all teams to foster a collaborative, high functioning culture.

Requirements

  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail oriented, with ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of MS Office software
  • Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience
  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Understands setup and final assembly instructions
  • Processes product through various processes to ensure the highest quality parts goes out the door
  • Follows the router protocol to ensure the product moves through channels efficiently
  • Follows standard applications in order to achieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics including repair and rework of parts
  • Works from drawings and work instructions to plan the finishing/assembly or re-work to be performed
  • Drives quality compliance by documenting results, and by using workmanship standards and 5S principles
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
