This individual will play a key role across client service, product support, and sales enablement, working closely with senior sales professionals and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong asset management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience at an asset management firm
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Experience supporting sales, client service, or investor relations functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Private markets experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of private wealth distribution channels a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other due diligence questionnaires in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation and monthly update of marketing and reporting materials
  • Manage inbound requests from clients and prospective investors
  • Support investor onboarding processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Manage and maintain prospect pipelines to support sales strategy execution
  • Coordinate CRM updates, data integrity, and reporting
  • Drive prospect engagement through targeted outreach and campaign follow-ups
  • Provide analytical and logistical support for active sales opportunities
  • Assist in supporting various sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain competitive intelligence updates on key fund competitors
