About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Associate Procurement Agent to support program based out of Ridley Park, PA. Position Responsibilities: Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 1-2 years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
  • 1-2 years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
  • This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
  • The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
  • Experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • Experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
  • Experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • Experience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposals
  • Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts
