FOX News Live with Aishah Hasnie is looking for a proactive and organized Associate Producer to join our team in Washington DC. This is a great opportunity to work with top talent at Fox News, working directly with the anchor to craft compelling segments. The Associate Producer will generate creative and innovative ideas for guest segments and Packages. You must have strong writing, booking, and video/graphics skills combined with great editorial judgment. The Associate Producer has stellar communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced breaking news environment, and is looking to take on more responsibilities and grow within the company. You will also have the opportunity to work on The Sunday Briefing, hosted by Jacqui Heinrich and Peter Doocy. This work shift is fully onsite from Wednesday - Sunday.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of professional experience in a live television environment
Natural ability to write effectively and creatively
Thorough knowledge of domestic politics and business news
Strong writing and copy-editing skills
Ability to work under intense deadline pressure in a newsroom
