About the position

Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is a division dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services for patients, providers, and people across ResMed. The primary goal of GTS is to accelerate well-being and growth by transforming the core, enabling patient, people, and partner outcomes, and building future-ready operations. The strategy of GTS focuses on aligning goals and promoting collaboration across all organizational areas. This includes fostering shared ownership, developing flexible platforms that can easily scale to meet global demands, and implementing global standards for key processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. ResMed, we are changing lives with every breath-improving patient quality of life, preventing chronic disease progression, and reducing healthcare system costs. Our mission is to delight ResMed's developer community with an opinionated yet empathetic developer experience that avoids surprise, is a joy to use, and abstracts the complexities of modern development to accelerate the pace of ResMed's next-generation Healthcare Informatics platform. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, the Associate Product Manager is also a leader and a guide for our team as we work with colleagues and collaborators to build a developer experience that is a joy to use. The ideal candidate for this role is eager to grow with us, passionate about driving clarity in highly ambiguous technical environments, skilled at developing long-term technical roadmaps, has technical depth, and is a strong developer advocate. You'll define and prioritize requirements with engineering teams to deliver exceptional developer experiences. These user experiences are, by definition, refined and innovative solutions that surface insights, scale to the future needs of the business, and intentionally meet our colleagues where they are relative to the challenges they are trying to overcome. You must possess world-class product management skills and a strong sense of empathy for your fellow developers. You will work closely with other talented engineers, architects, and senior stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver on our roadmap. In particular, the Product Manager will serve as the coordinator and point of contact for new and ongoing Developer Experience work streams, ensuring that we continuously deliver the right work and that we are always aligned with higher-level objectives, whether they are specific to Developer Experience or to ResMed at large.
