About the position

These businesses allow Live Nation Media & Sponsorship to create strategic music marketing programs that connect more than 1,200 sponsors with the 145 million fans that attend Live Nation Entertainment events each year. This position has a deep focus on Data Management principles and practices. Candidates are expected to be comfortable gathering and analyzing large amounts of data as a core driver of delivering data products. You will serve as a primary contact to internal stakeholders around managing and enhancing digital measurement implementations. You will drive consumer privacy and data governance practices on a global platform, and be responsible for the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions that will have a strategic impact on media practices and product decision-making in the entire Live Nation Marketing & Data division.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the live entertainment landscape and marketing processes to interpret stakeholder needs; socialize products, gain consensus, and demo prototypes.
  • Drive the development and execution of enhancements and features across the Analytics Platform technology stack.
  • Author product requirements, user stories, specifications, workflow diagrams, and documentation for Analytics products.
  • Collaborate with product development and technical teams to deliver user-friendly guides, training materials, and documentation for the product suite.
  • Support Google Analytics stakeholders through support request queue; conduct data audits and error replication, present data findings to non-technical stakeholders, and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide expertise in digital marketing, analytics data capture technologies, attribution, and reporting; research and implement new digital advertising technologies.
  • Oversee updates to consent and compliance platforms (e.g., OneTrust) and work on best practices across web/app platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years professional experience working with stakeholders of Google Analytics and Digital Marketing Media platforms.
  • Proven track record of fulfilling Project Delivery or Product Management roles in a digital marketing or media environment.
  • Issue tracking, roadmaps, and general project management experience with JIRA or similar tools such as Basecamp, Asana, or Wrike.
  • Composition and revisioning of project assets such as documentation, presentations, diagrams.
  • Understanding of or experience in the ticketing and/or live event industry is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant, progressive experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in STEM or Business) is a plus but not required.
  • Superb technical communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comprehensive experience performing advanced Google Analytics reporting, including creating and customizing dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics product administration and configuration, particularly in Cross Domain and Ecommerce scenarios.
  • Expertise in creating custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture unique data points.
  • Technical troubleshooting of Google Analytics via Javascript tags, data layer code, and network requests.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager for understanding tag implementation and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities supported with data.
  • Highly capable in the independent retrieval, assembly, and manipulation of analytics data sets.
  • Advanced command of Excel and alternative dashboard/analytical toolkits (Domo, Looker Studio, Tableau etc.).
  • Working knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and their impact on Google Analytics Consent Mode data collection and reporting.
