About The Position

The Associate Product Manager will lead downstream marketing activities for the Atomization portfolio, including tactical execution, product support, and both internal and external communications. As a key member of the Vascular & Emergency Medicine business unit, this individual will play an important role in advancing North America initiatives. Responsibilities may include developing and executing marketing strategies focused on our antimicrobial technology, expanding and strengthening our KOL network, and supporting high-impact projects that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the business unit.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in marketing, business, or science(s).
  • Two plus years professional experience including direct experience in marketing, sales, customer service, public relations, or associated areas.
  • Two plus years’ experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Time and priority management; strong ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, with healthcare, medical device or pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically
  • Ability to drive marketing communications planning and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Planning, organization, oral and written communications skills, project management, creativity, problem solving, teamwork, resource management, budget management, attention to detail, ethics and values.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high tolerance for change.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in integrated marketing communications programs preferred but not required. (i.e., SAP Marketing cloud HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Marketing agency experience a plus, especially in account service.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft applications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Support field inquiries regarding supply and customer order management.
  • Support new product launches, monitor trends, competitive activity, ongoing sales yield, effectiveness, and cycle (win/loss analysis, etc.)
  • Prepare various marketing, sales, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with sales on new and upcoming trials or implementations.
  • Implement new Salesforce applications and processes for the sales field.
  • Collaborate with operations and manufacturing on new products and launch evaluations.
  • Manage inventory supplies with purchasing and procurement departments.
  • Proactively support IDN/GPO strategy including targeted promotions and timely RFI & RFP completion.
  • Follow corporate compliance and quality/regulatory standards.
  • Assist business unit marketing and staff with multiple marketing activities and analytics including but not limited to trade shows, sales meetings, training sessions, etc.
  • Sales training support including but not limited to support of sustainable curriculum including pre-and post-work, and LMS (learning management system).
  • Other duties as required by the business.
