About The Position

Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs) Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract Responsible for financial customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives Support cash application process through research and reconciliations

Requirements

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP
Knowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, and/or business acquisitions
Familiarity with Contract Compliance and Negotiation
Experience with customer/management reporting
