Atwell is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee innovative commercial and residential land development projects in Belcamp, Maryland.

Requirements

  • A Professional Engineer license in Maryland.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
  • Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
  • Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to our firm's growth and success.
  • Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards.
  • Work closely with a mentor to enhance your business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.
