Requirements

Licensure: A Professional Engineer license in Delaware.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
Experience: Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
Communication Skills: Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
Leadership: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.

Responsibilities

Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations.
Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.

Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Grow Professionally: Work closely with a mentor to enhance your business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.
