Requirements

  • Recent Graduates welcomed (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a related position within this industry
  • Familiarity with external defects in injection molded products, processing capabilities, and the ability to conduct visual inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in planning product quality control schemes assigned and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to the creation of quality documents, including inspection specifications, inspection guidelines, SPC, and other quality documents in accordance with both internal and external customer requirements.
  • Participate in quality meetings, analyze and address various quality issues and complaints, and ensure their resolution and follow-up.
  • Organize and conduct training for inspection personnel, continuously enhancing their inspection skills.
  • Participate in or organize process audits and product audits for assigned products.
  • Control the quality of engineering products by managing SPC control charts.
  • Organize problem-solving teams to analyze customer complaints regarding the quality issues of products in mass production, implement corrective actions, track and verify their effectiveness, respond with 8D reports, analyze the quality of customer-returned products, execute quality improvement plans, and summarize experiences in meetings.
  • Handle tasks assigned by superiors.
