About The Position

As the Associate Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our sales organization, ensuring that our teams have the tools, information, and support they need to succeed. Your primary focus will be on managing accurate and up-to-date sales rep information, building and maintaining essential sales tools, and providing daily operational support to sales managers and representatives. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset as you work closely with cross-functional teams to keep processes running smoothly and enable sales readiness across all brands. This position reports to the Sales Operations Supervisor and is based in Bozeman, Montana or Hyde Park, Utah. As the Associate Sales Enablement Specialist you will have an opportunity to: Own campaign organization and distribution for all in-season initiatives, including supplemental tools, and maintain the campaign code database. Coordinate with sales management and dealer experience teams to identify and deliver essential sales tools for global teams. Manage sales agency updates—including account assignments, rep lists, commission details, and contract terms—within internal systems. Build and maintain sales tools required across global sales teams to ensure readiness and efficiency. Support MAP break communications and notifications in partnership with sales management and eCommerce teams. Provide daily operational support to sales managers and representatives, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure seasonal readiness of B2B sites and in-season campaigns to enable smooth execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales operations readiness and accountability across the organization. Assist with dealer setup forms, ensuring accurate item and product information for all brands. Maintain key account agreement database and collect required materials, including signed vendor agreements, price lists, and compliance forms. Provide cross-functional support for broader Sales Operations initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in business management, sales, or related field; or Associates’ Degree + 2 years of sales support, project management, or applicable experience; or 4 years of applicable experience.
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, sales environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to collaborate extensively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, and B2B platforms. (Microsoft Navision, NetSuite, Elastic, etc.)
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to manage cross functional calendars and task lists.

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Brand portfolio experience is a plus.
