Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience, in luxury retail or fashion
  • 4-year degree
  • Experience and achieving business goals
  • Demonstrated success in building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams
  • A collaborative, “win together” mindset
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, advanced proficiency preferred
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business growth in alignment with company vision and values; analyze business trends and contribute to strategic planning
  • Manage vendor relationships to support merchandising needs and challenge the status quo to support BG's brand standards
  • Support the execution of strategic departmental goals, aligning day-to-day operations with broader store objectives
  • Partner in the coaching, and development of Sales Associates and Assistants, recognizing strengths and addressing growth opportunities with empathy
  • Lead team execution by managing daily task prioritization, scheduling, and responsiveness to our needs and the promotional calendar
  • Champion a mindset of self-development, encouraging ongoing learning and professional growth
  • Foster a high-touch, service-driven culture; support customer issue resolution and escalations
  • Model professional behavior on the floor, building relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Supports execution of in-store selling events in collaboration with functional and vendor partners
  • Leads client development projects across the department, supporting retention and acquisition efforts
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers and teams to lead successful client experience events
