Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an Associate Software Developer who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative engineering environment. This role is ideal for college seniors, recent graduates, or early-career professionals (under 5 years of experience) who want hands-on experience building modern software solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, dependable, and comfortable with hard work. They communicate well with a wide range of teammates, are open to feedback, and bring the persistence and work ethic needed to succeed in demanding environments.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Engineering , Computer Science , or a related technical field
  • 0–5 years of software development experience (internships, co-ops, and academic projects included)
  • Experience with modern JavaScript (e.g., ES6+ , React , Angular , Vue , or Node.js )
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams, including hands-on and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and feedback in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure , AWS , or GCP is a plus
  • Coursework or background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
  • Background in competitive, team-oriented environments (e.g., college athletics ) is valued

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications with guidance from senior engineers
  • Write clean, maintainable code using modern JavaScript technologies
  • Assist with building and integrating APIs and backend services
  • Support applications running in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging efforts
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Follow best practices for version control, documentation, and secure coding
  • Support deployments, fixes, and enhancements across development environments
