Customer Care Payroll Team: As an Associate Software Engineer supporting the Customer CARE Payroll Team, you’ll help deliver accurate, compliant payroll for a unionized workforce where precision truly matters. You’ll work in a collaborative agile environment, partnering closely with business analysts to develop and test solutions that keep pace with ongoing compliance needs and union contract updates. You’ll build and maintain reliable payroll functionality within an AWS‑hosted INFOR platform using Java and Groovy scripting, gaining hands‑on experience with union rules, contracts, and grievance processes. In this role, you’ll strengthen both your technical and operational skills while making a direct impact on Employee trust and operational reliability within a supportive, high‑performing Team environment. Additional Details This role allows for voluntary remote work for the majority of your working time within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with occasional on-site presence at our Corporate Campus for training, meetings, and business needs. This role may also require limited travel for business purposes. If an applicant currently resides outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, they may relocate to the area and be considered for the program. Relocation Assistance is not offered for this role.
