About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Learning & Development professional to join our team. The West Point Learning & Development Associate Specialist supports the Site Learning & Development team by executing tactical day-to-day L&D activities including supporting continuous improvement projects, administrative duties, and planning and managing logistics of the learning activities at the site.

  • 2 years of relevant academic and/or practical work experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, military, or other industries (education beyond High School will be counted as relevant experience. )

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for training events, including scheduling and stakeholder requests
  • System Champion / Super User for multiple systems and centralized Global business processes
  • Compliance maintenance and report running from a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Supporting L&D with data entry and training process completions
  • Complete required administrative tasks associated with documentation compliance and metrics reporting
  • Support site L&D Administration Team, including contractors and externally managed resources
  • Drive automation and efficiency continuous improvement opportunities to realization
  • Other duties as assigned
